Rachel Bilodeau is the founder and hands behind DEAÚ STUDIO, a treatment-based facial studio in Carlsbad, California, grounded in results, ritual, and intuition.

Her introduction to skincare was born from necessity rather than trend. As a teenager, she dealt with stubborn breakouts and inflammation that left her searching for more than surface-level solutions. What began as a personal pursuit of healing became a passion for understanding the skin deeply, from its biology to the way it responds to stress, lifestyle, and nourishment. She began creating her own masks and tinctures, studying ingredients, and paying attention to how her skin spoke back.

This led her to formal training at the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology, where she earned her esthetic license in 2018. Since then, Rachel has continued refining her practice, studying an evolving blend of advanced facial massage and the chemistry behind intelligent ingredients. She believes no two faces are the same, and neither should be their treatment.

At DEAÚ STUDIO, each session is bespoke. From the chosen cleanser and mask to the style of massage, everything is tailored. The experience is equal parts clinical and nurturing.
